DINO CONSTANTINOU – PRESIDENT/CEO FRANCHISING
Dino Constantinou grew up on the Greek island of Cyprus. In 1969, he moved to New York to complete high school and began working in his uncle’s diner. By the time he was 18, he had been promoted to head chef. In 1977, Dino moved again–to Florida. Here he was able to explore the restaurant business. Dino’s 40+ years in the restaurant business helps him evaluate locations and operations at a glance. His knowledge, warmth and sincerity make him the perfect franchisor.
GEORGE CONSTANTINOU – VP FRANCHISE OPERATIONS
George put his business degree to good use when he formed a partnership with his father and opened the first Hungry Greek in Oldsmar. His strong operational background coupled with his ability to train and motivate staff has helped ensure the success of the company owned operations. George provides both initial training support and on-going support for franchise operations.
JOHN ARMATAS – FRANCHISE SALES & DEVELOPMENT
John started his franchise career as an owner of FASTSIGNS. After years in the business branched off into franchise development and sales. John goes to great lengths to ensure that there is a good fit between the franchise prospect and the franchisor.
DENISE WARNER – VP REAL ESTATE
While working with Fortune 100 companies, Denise gained a strong, diverse background in business and opened her own commercial real estate company that specialized in retails sales and leasing, tenant representation and tenant improvement coordination. Denise works hard to ensure that the franchisee has solid representation during the lease negotiations.
KELLY COCKERHAM – DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
As a graduate of Bennington Writing Seminars, Kelly was the perfect choice to handle our communications and public relations. She enjoys writing through the shout-out of social media and exploring the side roads of Twitter and Facebook.
